For custom lettering design services, ownership of the final design will be transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in a separate project agreement. 5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Specific payment, cancellation, and refund policies apply to our calligraphy courses, workshops, and custom design services. These policies will be clearly communicated on the respective service pages or in individual agreements. Generally:

• Courses & Workshops: Full payment is typically required to secure a slot. Cancellation policies vary based on the proximity to the course/workshop start date. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our stated policy, which may include administrative fees.

• Custom Design: A down payment may be required before work commences, with final payment due upon completion and approval. Cancellation terms for custom projects will be outlined in the design agreement.

Baybayin Brushworks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses/workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
